This dashboard processes WhatsApp messages on behalf of the connected business. Messages, contacts, and templates are stored within the vendor database and visible only to authorised team members.

We use httpOnly cookies for session tokens, never expose secrets to the browser, and apply rate limits to all API endpoints.
